Have been staying at Hampton Inns for over 15 years and this by far was the worst stay. The room was fine, large TV and clean, the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 8 days, At check In we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk. We were not greeted. We were given a paper with the hotels information and it stated if we needed room service to call before 9am. Went to watch thePittsburgh Pirates and stayed there for the night. Had a good hot breakfast in the morning. Hot breakfast is included. We also went early and used the pool, had it all to ourselves. The pool is outside, I like that. Would stay there again, everything was fine.

This Hampton Inn was disgusting. As soon as you walk in the floors looked like they were never vacuumed or mop. We went to our room and the floors were not vacuumed. The white comforter had a brown stain. I was afraid to put my belongings down let alone lay my head on that pillow. We requested a refund and left. I would not boom this hotel.
