This was a really nice, cozy hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good—it saved us time so we could spend more of the day sightseeing. The gym and swimming pool were both nice. We especially appreciated that the pool stayed open until 9 p.m., which gave us time to enjoy it after a full day of exploring. The location was great, with easy access to downtown, PNC Park, and the museums.
Overall stay was okay. Room was pretty clean, though stain on sheet made me woder if it was changed. They did not give me my Hilton Honors Snack bag, and when i asked about it at checkout, they still was not interested in giving me one.
Not really sure how to rate this place; Clean Rooms, nice employees… but thats where the good times end; area run down; parking lot full of semi’s; locals hanging out by the pool with visible beer party going in front of kids tgat took over hotel as their summer camp headquarters… definitely a weird vibe. No oatmeal. Cool work desk that can move around the room.
It was pretty good. Good evening distinguished gentlemen and women.
