I do not know how this hotel has an Excellent rating! There weren't any towels in the bathroom with the exception of 2 dingy hand towels when we arrived. As you can see from the pics the cleanliness leaves much to be desired in Room 233! The bedding and towels felt rough against your skin. Also, there are outlets that do not work. It should be much cleaner and comfortable for a Hampton and to have an Excellent rating! I will say the ladies at the front desk were nice and courtious. Coming thru on a trip to the UP in Michigan. This hotel was just what we needed. The room was clean, front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. We reserved a double bed room for the 4 of us. The beds were a little firm and we were a stiff the next morning. The breakfast was typical hotel food.
Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet 😊. Fully stocked and exceptional breakfast with different options. The staff was amazing and pool was clean and perfect for our kiddos! Would definitely stay again while traveling
