Overall a great stay
I was appaled at the unclean bathroom and clogged drains i had to plung myself. Rude managers because you ask them to do their jobs. Crazy stay. Sleep somewhere else lol
Room card didn't work for the pool. Just turned yellow, but didn't grant access. Edit: I tried to access the pool around 10 A.M., so not sure why it would have been closed.
The hotel was very clean and well kept. Good gym with hydration station. Staff were pleasant. Everything was great, but spoiled by neglectful housekeeping. We checked in Wed, out Sun, and never had the room fixed up. I asked for trash removal, which didn't happen. There were 2 housekeepers on my floor, who chatted in rooms. I asked one to take care of my room and she said she'd give the message to the other housekeeper. Other guests left their trash in the hallway. There was nothing else to do with it.
