Our company booked several rooms for a recent conference. I checked in to find my toilet was completely clogged. Talked to the front desk and was told maintenance was gone for the evening. Was given a plunger and was able to get the clogged clear but still very little flow. Returned to the front desk and asked if they could have maintenance look the next day. Upon returning from the conference I was told they fixed it. However the toilet still would not even take down a kleenex. Back to the front desk and was basically told ... read more
Hotel has gone downhill. Not as clean as normally is. Disappointing they didn't have hot, fresh coffee in lobby. I always look forward to a cup when I arrive. Said something about no coffee and person at front desk ignored me.
It’s ok, not super clean but a pass, check-in was easy
