My room was dirty. I ended up with a rash on my face. There was mold in the bathroom. The free toiletries they advertise were empty. Breakfast was subpar.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The first room we were assigned was very dirty. The table and tv stand were sticky and had drink marks. The toilet had urine stains and the bowl had not been cleaned in quite some time it appeared. We were moved to a new room after complaining. Again, the toilet in this room had not been cleaned.
