Nice rooms, friendly service,
Joke of a hotel. Nobody answers the phone or gets back to you. The hotel manager is unprofessional and thinks it’s ok to be nasty with customers and thinks it’s ok to yell swear and hang up on customers. Would never stay there again and will never stay at another Hampton Inn because of the experience there.
This hotel's location proved ideal for our purposes: conveniently located right next to Ruby Memorial Hospital with an Applebee's right across the parking lot from it. Although the rooms were spotless and the concierge very accommodating (she willingly exchanged a room with just one Queen bed for another with two beds at no additional cost), the rooms were rather spartan. Close by the hospital. Very nice people.
I'm not sure if my room was clean or not. The door didn't want to unlock. Mt coworkers' room was dirty. There was food in her refrigerator. The floor was grimy. They had to move her to another room. The breakfast was burned and looked dry and disgusting. I will never stay here again. I have never seen a hampton like this before, and I stay at the Hampton Inn. I am a Diamond member. But this place was just nasty.
