Picked someone up here after their car got towed for being drunk while driving... Free breakfast ended too soon for my taste, but everything else seemed nice... for the 45-95 minutes I was there.

Joke of a hotel. Nobody answers the phone or gets back to you. The hotel manager is unprofessional and thinks it’s ok to be nasty with customers and thinks it’s ok to yell swear and hang up on customers. Would never stay there again and will never stay at another Hampton Inn because of the experience there.
This hotel's location proved ideal for our purposes: conveniently located right next to Ruby Memorial Hospital with an Applebee's right across the parking lot from it. Although the rooms were spotless and the concierge very accommodating (she willingly exchanged a room with just one Queen bed for another with two beds at no additional cost), the rooms were rather spartan.
