Had a perfectly satisfactory stay in a clean room here, but the service was exceptional. Had a issue that they resolved quickly and perfectly. Recommended!
We have been long time Hilton loyal customers, and have not run into any issues before this. We booked this hotel as they have indicated on their website the airport shuttle runs until 12am. The day before, my husband had called the hotel directly again to confirm about the shuttle and pick up location, which the front desk has confirm the last shuttle is at 1130pm. This is in the ghetto for sure (you can’t tell from pictures). The rooms are not nice at all. The sheets smell like when I worked at county jail. The elevator has a keycard lock on it, like the nicer hotels do, but this is clearly to keep out riff raff. While we were staying there someone a couple doors down said they woke up to banging on their door and someone trying to break in.
