Had an early flight today and this airport was great as it was close to the rental car return. We opted to eat at the Embassy Suites Resturant a few blocks away. Room was great as well as our night sleep. Just wanted long enough with the early flight.
The night clerk did not recognize my Hilton Hhonors Diamond status and gave me no water,etc. He tried to charge me an extra $18 per night for parking when I had purchased the Park, Fly and Go package which INCLUDED parking for 7 nights and the shuttle to and from the airport. He argued with me even after I showed him the rate description in my reservation on the Hilton app which clearly stated that parking was included in the rate. Beware! Staff are extremely accommodating. We showed up early due to disembarking time and they allowed us an early checkin. Very friendly.
