I used to be a guest a while back. But that wasn't the case last night. Im a Lyft Driver and sometimes we take Passengers from the airport to various locations. I THINK THE FRONT DESK should be more considerate of how to handle people better not threaten with police. I know I wasn't a guest but I had to use the restroom. And threatening police and blocking people from using restrooms is not a good look . Maybe I won't recommend Passengers to your hotels anymore after this experience.

Be very careful. I reserved for the room as I was transiting thru. Weather in the east cancelled many flights. So I get stuck in charlotte NC. But the best part is American gave me a hotel without any grief. The grief started when I called the hotel and they said basically, you paid, you agreed on the cancellation policy and so sad to bad, you’re not getting anything. We had an emergency trip to Miami over the weekend and chose to stay at the Hampton. One of our customers had taken a cruise and parked their vehicle there through a package deal. He had an emergency medical situation and was transported by medical personel back to the emerald coast. My husband and I went to retrieve their vehicle from this location.
