Clean and nice staff
Awful. The manager in the morning doesn’t listen. He was just very defensive and dismissive. This was supposed to be my birthday present and have a pool. I talked to someone with hampton not booking.com but the idiot wont listen i have the phone number and call log from the hampton inn not booking.com. If you stay here you will be highly disappointed. Toilet broke and he just said nothing i can do until tomorrow. I had to fix it myself and hung up on me after telling us to grab a plunger…. The toilet wasnt clogged. What a jo... read more
This was my husband’s birthday gift from his father. His father booked through booking.com but my husband and I called the Hampton inn specifically and talked to a representative with the company. We have never spoke to anyone with booking.com but the manager refuses to listen to what we have to say it is actually ridiculous because this was his behavior throughout our stay. The manager Ron at the front desk is more concerned with talking to his pals than addressing customer concerns. Seems more like a Walmart greeter than a hotel manager. You will be highly disappointed with this particular hampton if you stay. Hamptons have always been our go to when we stay out of town. We may need to explore other options.
