Be careful, a jacket was stolen from my room and no one is responsible 🤬
I had 5 rooms here tonight, the girl at the desk at 9pm was extremely rude and refused to give her name. She actively tried to hide her name. She was working along side Yesenia who was polite but because of her I will never stay at this location again. I have stayed her multiple times but this is the last time. I will also be doing a chargeback on them for reasons not listed here. I hope this girl is found and fired. She has zero business working in customer service
Location was hard to find, the side street leading to parking is obscure due to construction in the area. Parking is gated and the code didn’t work. Luckily someone was coming and let me in on foot. My keycard did work though when I entered with my vehicle. Well lit but mostly full. It was easy to find a spot when I arrived that evening and getting back from the gym in the early AM.
