Great location, close to Kia Fourm, Sofia Stadium.
We where on the 5th floor room 501 the whole floor was recently remodel was nice
Hotel is so nice inside! Breakfast is fabulous and included. The rooms and bathrooms are so nice and new. Great spot to be close to the music venues. Just stay at the hotel, don’t go walking.
It really shows that they hire just anyone. The service here was TERRIBLE. To say the least. The maintenance guy was the nicest one there. Everyone else, that I came across my one week stay was just, so, rude. No smile, no hospitality, no customer service. At. All. They charge for parking, $15 per night. AND the structure has no elevators. The only positive thing about this hotel is that the beds were comfy 😌. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
