I booked this hotel for my daughters birthday upon arrival we were notified that there is no parking for guest on the first floor and that we would have to carry our luggage down three flights of stairs. We then called and spoke with the front desk where they stated that we did not have a room. We then show then our confirmation as well as the email stating our room was ready. I was very disappointed with my experience with this hotel. I chose this hotel a few days in advance because I needed a quick, convenient stay before an early flight. The parking area does not have an elevator or a secure, accessible way to enter the hotel directly. There are only stairs, which makes the parking situation inaccessible unless you have a handicap placard or diamond parking access.
