The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and hot and fresh. The room was very clean and comfy

Staying four nights and asked for a room with a couch. Staff worked hard to make it happen. Great service! Great restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel has the most amazing staff! Last night my family needed a place to sleep, we have family at UK medical center... Had made reservations at another hotel, which mysteriously disappeared and were desperate. I called to see if I could get a room, explained our situation and they were so kind, and said come on down! We were able to get some much needed rest and a great breakfast. We were given a discount because of the hospital need which was wonderful.
