Love the special touches and decor. Super comfortable room and bed. Tyler provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, informative, and personable even with our 10:30 pm arrival. Great Job Hampton! We'll see you again in April.
This place is awesome. Manager Tyler is outstanding also. Per; Uncle Tony (my nickname)
Customer service is something that's lacking here. Tried to eat breakfast at 930am and most items were gone. Asked the front desk and they told me that breakfast ends at 10am . Tried to get the ladies working to prepare more food but that was a waste of time. All they did was hide in their room and waited till 10 am to rush out and clean up for the day.
Awesome. It was so clean,and everybody were so nice.
I have stayed a all levels of hotels over the years. This hotel gets my highest marks for cleanliness, friendliness and service. The front desk couldn't do enough to make the stay any more enjoyable. When we are in the area, we will be back.
Very convenient to local attractions, good restaurants and UK. Price was a bit high, but could have been because it was GA vs UK football weekend.
Booked for two days ...2nd day I come to my room after a long day at work to find it not cleaned after I told front desk at 4:30 in the morning I wanted it cleaned !!!!
