Pee on the toilet seat in my room when I checked in. A/C unit was so loud every time it turned on it woke me up throughout the night. Maintenance guy barged into my room in the middle of the day when I was working to bring a table into the room, even with Do Not Disturb on door. Outlets beside the bed didn’t work. There are trees in the parking lot that will cover your car in a hard clear sap. I don’t know if it will come off yet. The WiFi randomly went out throughout the day and also at night. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and nice for the Hampton brand.
I stay at this hotel frequently when I travel for work. I am at this hotel approximately once a week. The hotel is nice. Front desk staff is amazing specifically the desk clerk Oreo. Always a pleasant experience. Great breakfast and breakfast staff !
Friendly staff from front desk to breakfast attendants, maid and janitorial. CLEAN rooms and hotel. Economical yet short drive to Knoxville downtown.
