Perfect for us We had work nearby and the went to local Appalachian museum
Came in off the road late at night, (2am) no reservation, fortunately they had a room. Room & hotel as a whole are well kept. Many Hampton Onns have been letting quality slide. Not this one. Room was very clean, bathroom as well. Beds well made and very comfortable. This is right off the Interstate, great location easy to get in & out of. Beds in our room were exceptional, slept well. Will return when in the area in the future. Front night desk was great and pleasant at 2am. That's not easy 😃
Front Desk associates were all extremely kind and informative. Housekeeping were all sure to speak and ask about our stay when we walked by them. Terri (not sure of spelling) in public space house keeping was very kind and answered several questions I had. Overall great experience.
Decent place to stay the night. Showers were hot, bed was comfortable. The place was quiet, the staff was amazing, and breakfast was good. I had to take a star for appearance. The place is dated and in need of maintenance. A little more investment here would make a huge difference. The toilet settles when you sit down (big CLUNK!) and grouting needs redone around showers at a minimum. While the place is clean overall, those things made me feel like I was staying the night in a cheap motel.
