This property truly stands out for how clean and well-maintained everything is. The five stars for service is for Faith she was great. I wish I could say more for the hotel I stayed there for 3 weeks and got stuck in the elevator 8 times. Faith got me out and noted it without it being addressed. I called Hilton and they couldn't even get them to respond but once by email and they called and offered me a bottom floor room that's all. I have met people staying at only Hilton hotels that's spoken of the elevators getting stick for a few years now. The rooms are updated and the front guest lobby but I would... read more

Firstly, two broken elevators. Right one never worked, left one stopped working as we were trying to check out, leaving us trapped at 5am. We knew immediately as the LOCKED fireman control box was open and the elevator started ticking as soon as the doors closed. When we called for help, very little words were exchanged with no attempt to apologize or calm any possible fears or give us any information on how to get out. I would not stay at this location again especially as I will need to come back a few more times. 1. The hallways were not clean. The 3 night we were there the popcorn that someone spilled down the hall was never cleaned up. 2. Breakfast was ok, eggs, potatoes, and meat. Waffle bar, bagged bagel, other bread options, yogurt and scone/muffin. coffee was light. Lobby area was clean. 3. Only 1 elevator worked and we got stuck in the working elevator. 4.
