A shockingly unprofessional valet service. After ordering my car ahead I waited nearly and hour for it to arrive, but it wasn’t until I went over to talk to the front desk at which point the much more helpful receptionist had to literally go find a valet attendant before they event began to go get my vehicle
We had an issue with the valet parking company and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us rectify the problem. The hotel understands customer service.
Perfect location to attend gages at Gainbridge. The facilities are great and the staff are really amazing.
Excellent location! Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The hotel was full and we had a handicap accessible room as that was all that was available. This was difficult for a family of 4 for space and room set up. We asked to switch but could not be accommodated as the hotel was full. This was also the darkest room I have ever had in a hotel. Vehicle damaged only hours after purchase- NEVER Stay here. This Hampton offers NO parking options except to use their valet parking contractor, PMC. We traveled to Ohio to buy a truck. We checked into this hotel a few hours after getting the truck. The next morning the truck had deep scratches down the left side. PMC, Hampton's valet company, investigated and said they determined there was no "intentional" misconduct and refused to take any responsibility for the damage.
