No pool unfortunately but the gym was nice and so was breakfast!!! Room was really nice with a full size ironing board, new iron, plenty of outlets with cell phone charging ports built in even a wireless cell phone charge pad!!!
Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Road noise was the only drawback.
This historic hotel was a delight to visit. Very clean, surprisingly modern, and the staff and service was first rate. The complimentary breakfast was varied, and delicious. We had one incident with the facilities and the staff was quick and professional to remedy and management was very thoughtful and prompt in resolving the situation. We would happily use this facility again and recommend it to anyone.
I would still give this hotel a five star review because most of the managers and staff are completely nice and their service is why I always choose this hotel. But today was different. There was a front desk lady there who literally hung up on my face twice when I was just asking about if my sheets were on the list to get changed. I went down stairs and she still had the same attitude. I simply asked for a manager as she had been that way for two days. The general manager came her name was Jeannie Hensley.
