I’ve never in my life given a bad review. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything was under construction. I asked for the fitness facility and was sent to a room on the 2nd floor completely torn up. When I asked about it the front desk had “no idea” it wasn’t complete. Nonsense. Ice machines broken on many floors. Everything smells like paint. Just really disappointing.
Our beds & pillows were terrible. Not comfy. The heat ran all night. For $300 a night. That bed should of been super. We got a bed at a cheaper place & it was wonderful. Disappointing for sure.
We stayed at this hotel one night. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was amazing. I specifically want to shout out Tim for helping us start our car after the battery died! Thank you SO MUCH!!
