I travel quite a bit for work and only stay at Hilton hotels. Originally booked the Doubletree up the street, but found out their hot water heater was down so I rebooked to this Hampton last minute. The rooms were fine, nothing special, but I wanted to leave a review to give Ashley at the front desk a shoutout. The room was clean, and the staff was terrific! However, I paid for a king size bed; I was given a "queen" that was actually a full-size bed--I measured it. The bathroom had one dim light over the sink--no ventilation or light for the shower. The shampoo dispenser was completely empty., and only one towel and one washcloth in stock. It was a frustrating and disappointing and overpriced experience, and the desk staff was not empowered to do anything to make it right.

Overall a pretty good hotel. Rooms were clean if a little dated but had everything we needed. Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and fresh. Definitly a great place to stop on our road trip.
