This was the weirdest and poorly laid out room it was comical except that I’m out over $100. Traveling from TN to DE and stopped for the night, hoping to relax and watch some TV before driving again. Well the tiny TV is clear across the room and was too small to watch from bed! I even called to ask if they could switch me to a room where the TV was closer to the bed and she said no. Older hotel, needs some TLC.
Very clean nice only complaint we stayed for kids to swim says pool 84 lucky if it's 70 freezing and won't turn up asked 3 times been there 24 hours still hasn't been done went to state park but outside of that good breakfast very clean typical hampton price
Absolutely great stay. The staff was absolutely great. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. I called 4 times the morning of our stay to confirm the room prices & pet fee. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and took the time to confirm/adjust prices as needed (the pet fee was incorrect on the Hilton app) even during the breakfast rush. Stayed here to attend my son's graduation. We usually choose Hampton Inn because it's consistent. Clean, great staff and breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the common area too for a family get together .
June 2026 outdated room and could use some deep cleaning. Floor & lampshade were dirty and cracks on the ceiling. Pool says 84 degrees but it was very cold at 71 degrees. First disappointment in Hampton hotel out of hundreds of night stays.
