I had to cancel my trip due to the ongoing flooding in the region, I called and tried to cancel my booking and hoped they would understand. Unfortunately i was told that they would call the Gm and get back to me. Never heard back and was still charged.
As with most Hampton Inn, the lobby is welcoming and clean. The kids love getting the bag with bottles of water and tonight cookies as their welcome gifts. Pets welcomed is a plus.
This hotel was very clean. The staff was courteous.
