Not one channel is worked on the tv. Water handle fell off when I went to take a shower this morning. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 months I have had no tv service when staying at this hotel. They were all different rooms as well. Seriously disappointed.
The pool needs to be cleaned badly!
The hotel has bee remodeled several times and it serves its purpose. Just have a sleep and breakfast. I had being staying this Hotel since 2000. Prices have become wild in the US. For $150 usd a night you can stay in 5 star hotel in Mexico. They no longer do cleaning all days, my bed was never made in 5 day stay. No mor amenities and not even a clock to see the time. Guy in reception in the mornings (africanamerican, I hope this is correct to say) was awesome, polite and cordial. Give him a pay raise
