Hot tub broken, pool as cold as ice. There wasn’t a single other guest in the pool for our 3 nights here. As someone coming with kids, it would have been nice to know these were both going to be unusable.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel! The rooms are huge and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The breakfast area is also very cozy and inviting. I’m so glad we found this place. It’s close to all the attractions in Glenwood — downtown, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, and other local spots. I’m not sure how close it is to the ski area since we didn’t go skiing, but everything else you’d want to visit in Glenwood is just a few minutes’ drive away. I also learned that ... read more

I didn’t stay here but my wife and I hit a deer on I70 and we were allowed to wait in the lobby until enterprise opened their doors at 8am. Fatima was very kind and courteous. Thank you so much for your help.
