New, modern, clean, easy to book, easy to checkout. Parking directly under the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would book again.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Delray Beach for a family trip. The property is beautiful, with a nice atmosphere, a great location, and friendly staff. We had stayed here before and our experience was excellent in every way, so we were surprised and disappointed this time to find the bathroom in our room not properly cleaned, and even a cockroach in the bathroom. While we still appreciate the hotel’s overall ambiance and service, this issue significantly affected our stay.
Nice new hotel parking space underground and the beach is very near.
What stood out was the staff especially Frank the Chief Engineer very courteous and professional, I had and issue with the TV and he handled it very nicely……
