Plenty of places to eat with in walking distance
I can’t go into the details of my extremely awesome experience with the hotel, staff and the manager. Trust me when I say their customer service is WAY above and beyond my expectations. I stay in hotels a minimum of 9 days per month all over eastern Tennessee. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic Hotel!! Will definitely stay here again!!! Located in a safe neighborhood and easy access from the interstate!! Elizabeth our front desk reservations expert checked us in after explaining the hotel policies for breakfast in the morning, wi-fi, pool and hotel gym hours. She offered us two bottles of water and our keys. After we went upstairs to our room, I received a text message from Elizabeth to verify that everything in the room was to our satisfaction. Working an itinerary for government travel, contacted this location to get rate and availability. The man who answered the phone proceeded to argue that I must provide my military documentation to even discuss pricing and availability. Per Hilton policy this is not the case and when I tried to explain this, he became rude and argumentative. I have coordinated with 7 other locations in the last hour tonight and had no issues.
