Plenty of places to eat with in walking distance
I can’t go into the details of my extremely awesome experience with the hotel, staff and the manager. Trust me when I say their customer service is WAY above and beyond my expectations. I stay in hotels a minimum of 9 days per month all over eastern Tennessee. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic Hotel!! Will definitely stay here again!!! Located in a safe neighborhood and easy access from the interstate!! Elizabeth our front desk reservations expert checked us in after explaining the hotel policies for breakfast in the morning, wi-fi, pool and hotel gym hours. She offered us two bottles of water and our keys. After we went upstairs to our room, I received a text message from Elizabeth to verify that everything in the room was to our satisfaction.
