Arrived after an 8 hour drive to check in for a reservation that had been held for months only to be told by front desk that the advertised room was not available due to construction. No accommodation or alternative offered. Avoid.
The people at the front desk are rarely very helpful and sometimes just kinda rude. Good breakfast though.
Don't waste your time, add $20 more and go to the nicest hotel!! We canceled our reservation after seeing all that.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. My fiancé stayed here recently for work, and while I was on FaceTime with him, something extremely unprofessional happened. He had his AirPods in, so I could clearly hear what was going on. He went to the front desk around 11 p.m. on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025, to ask for change to use the laundry and some toilet paper.
