We needed a hotel room close to a local hospital for my wife and sister in law to visit their Mother. The clerk on duty Sunday was named Dylan, the service provided by Dylan was exceptional and over the top! Outstanding! I met the manager Jamel McDowell he is dedicated to providing the best possible experience to all guests and spent time telling about his commitment to excellent customer satisfaction! Great Job! Property is well worn and in need of renovations. Outside area is trashy and poorly maintained. Walls are thin, with noisy doors. All rooms have tubs with very round floor, difficult to stand in. Mattress and bedding seems to have come from a dollar store. Breakfast was pitiful. This property does not meet Hampton Inn standards. They charge $5.20 per day to park in a messy parking lot.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and travel frequently. This was one of the worst hotels if not the worst that I stayed in. Room smelt stale. There were four of us staying in the room and we were given two small towels. I called in the morning requesting more towels so my family could shower and we can head out and continue our travels. No one came, called an hour later they said they would send someone again. No one came, we managed to shower and get ready as best as we could. We had adjoining rooms, chairs in both had visible large stains. Temp was much hotter in one room than the other on the same setting. Fan was very loud. Came home from our trip with bumps on our arms that may or may not have been bed bugs. We are loyal Hampton inn customers but this location was terrible
