I enjoy staying here and have stayed multiple times. I usually stay in the room with a king bed but we took a double queen this time. Pros: friendly service, clean rooms, pool was clean with additional towels, great location, microwave/coffee maker/fridge in room, and good hot breakfast. Needs improvement: very slippery bathtub in room 202, air conditioner is unreasonably loud (I’m a heavy sleeper and it would wake me up), and the mattresses are hard (queen beds). I didn’t have a great sleep in queen bed rooms.
Nice, beautiful and clean hotel. Our room was on the fifth floor with two queen beds and was spacious and comfortable. We were 3 and it was enough. The room also has a great air conditioner, office, microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and spacious too. Pool was big, nice and warm. We had daily free breakfast 6-10 am everyday in the lobby with different menu every morning which was good for kids too including cereals, fruits whole and sliced, and flavoured yogurt. Great hotel, clean rooms and plenty of car parking! Our recent stay on August 3rd. A special thank you to Ms. Abigail at the front desk — she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. House keeping person was also great! We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning in the future.
