Poor mattresses No room cleaning Dirty tub Not enough towels, only 1 set for 2 people VERY rude person in breakfast area! Will not be back!
Great place we chose because it has an indoor pool.with flume, but no changing rooms, so people dripping all through reception and in the lifts. Air con was very noisy, we had to turn it off. Both issues reported to receptionist, who was lovely.
Definitely one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. Clean rooms and bathrooms, the breakfast food was actually really good but the elevator is slow as a turtle. They could fix that but still an excellent stay. Will definitely be back to test out the water slide next time we come through.
I forgot something in the room after I left and the staff was extremely helpful with getting it returned to me within a couple of days.
