Great rooms.
A horrible place. Kitchen staff was rude to my children, and didn’t explain the situation to my child as the person could not speak English. Pretty much told my child no she couldn’t have another yoghurt. Even if it was a misunderstanding, still doesn’t mean that you should be telling a child no. Staff could’ve just grabbed it and put it in the garbage as my daughter was trying to exchange her yoghurt for a different kind. Trip 1; amazing they kept the towels going even with hosting a hockey team which wasn’t what we experience in many hotels since we travel a lot in large groups with sports! Absolutely wonderful and super accommodating! Trip 2; back to Kamloops and chose to stay here again because the location is safe and secure and we had such a good experience before! Awesome hotel! We stayed for a U13 hockey tournament. The staff was awesome. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the kids absolutely loved the Pool! Highly recommend if you have a tournament in kamloops
