Very beautiful hotel! The exercise room was huge and hade wipes to wipe down the equipment. Multiple areas to sit or eat in the lobby. The breakfast was always fantastic! The room was great but I suggest bringing ur own pillows. You also need to call for room service cleaning. The TV was a pretty good size, and the bathroom was nice.
Our recent experience at the Hampton Inn Boston Woburn was positive. The staff demonstrated professionalism and provided excellent service; specifically, Anthony was particularly helpful during the checkout process. Our room was fine, not great. The tub filled while taking a shower. The bed was high off the floor which made it difficult for a shorter person to get in and out of, and I sunk into my bed making it difficult to move around in bed. Everything else was good. The location, while very convenient and close to the highway exit, was noisy all night because it was close to the highway exit. I heard trucks down-shifting quite often even though the window was closed.
Room was clean, we are giving Anthony a five star review for his help when we needed it, he knows what we went through on our vacation and he saved the day. Location is perfect for our trip. Breakfast was great
