Terrible front desk service. Bartender left bar at 915 pm and acting mgr plus bartender couldn’t explain why. 20 people trying to be served but desk mgr ignored everyone. Previous night (Wednesday) bartender was serving until 10 pm.
One of the best chain hotels I have stayed at in a long time! Clean, spacious room. Great gym. Would stay here again!
