If you’re in need of a good chuckle, please read on. The long and the short of the poor review is simple: I have IBS and I was unfortunately experiencing an attack during my stay’s second night. I used all of the toilet paper in my room because housekeeping did not clean and reset our room after the first night even though we had requested and confirmed they would do so during check-in. They charged me twice for my stay of one night. Were not helpful when I called to correct this issue. Only a credit card dispute and a complaint to corporate can help in cases like this. Edit: no it was not resolved yet, I had two calls with your front desk, the lady who answered me was the rudest customer service I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. This is a simple double charge error instead of fixing it you're doubling down on it for no reason besides tormenting your customers.
