Nice big room, excellent staff! Astrid checked us in and took amazing care of us during our stay. All the staff were wonderful, just can't remember all their names. I highly recommend this hotel for all the above & great location.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint about the room was the bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have preferred. The didn't even clean the inside of the toilet and there were sewer flies in there. I kind of clean myself when traveling but of course I don't travel with a toilet brush. The breakfast definitely beat my expectations. I wasn't expecting what they serve and it was actually pretty good. We will stay here again when we return to the area.
Rooms are a bit smaller than I'm used to. Our room was very clean. I love the extra seats under the desk. The AC control is a bit odd in that when you turn the ac from 62 to 65 degrees, the heater comes on. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The coffee was delicious. The pool was very clean. The staff gave us plenty of towels. Also, there is no hot tub here. I'm not sure why there are pics of it in the main description. You can see there's no hot tub on Google maps, satellite view. I am a huge fan of Hampton Inns and chose this one over another less expensive hotel in the same vicinity. When we arrived at the front desk, she let us know the elevator was broken (bummer but ok). We carried our stuff upstairs and upon entering our room it was clear it was occupied or never cleaned from previous guests. Back downstairs to the desk. New room now on 3rd floor back up with all our stuff (and doggo). Room was nice although for the 3 days we were there, kids were running up/down the hall for hours screaming. I ... read more
