Older hotel but good location right across the street from the beach. Caution...this location charges you $40 if you want to check in early before 2 PM.
This has been by far the worst experience my family and I has ever experienced from a Hampton Inn! First thing first, we stayed for 5 days and problems began to occur after Day 1. Microwave and TV went out and both my husband and I told the black lady and black man with the glasses the issues with it... brushed us off like they were going to send maintenance to come take a look.... of course maintenance never came.... we literally let them know 3 times throughout the day! No sense of urgency and lack of empathy on their end.... read more
My family and I came to this location for a vacation and the overall experience was terrible. We stayed for a total of 5 days. Day 1 was not that bad. Day 2-5 was a complete nightmare. Our TV and microwave went out and we reported it to the front desk. The young black woman and black man stated that they would get maintenance to come take a look.... NEVER DID!
