Jay at the reception was absolutely amazing! I'm actually staying at the Hyatt next door but was at the sister hotel Hampton Inn to look for drinks that the Hyatt didn't have at the moment, and received an unexpected exceptional customer service from Jay. Great job!
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Hampton inn on November4th 2025. Despite informing the staff ahead of my initial check in on the 3rd about my service dog and if she wanted to see my official document paperwork, she declined to see it and registered my check in. The front desk work (Bre) was absolutely amazing! He service was top notch. She found a discrepancy with my booking and immediately corrected it after describing the issue. She saved me money and a ton of headache. She also was kind, informative and genuine. Thank you Bre! I will 100% stay here again.
Stayed the mid-October and it was perfect! It is right across the street from the Gulf, we had an amazing rate and the staff was incredibly kind. Everything you could want for an early fall getaway!
