Nice little place! We were only there for a couple nights, but walked across the street to the beach and had a great time being there. We didn't get to use the pool much because they were cleaning it one day while we were there, but that is definitely a necessary thing and overall, we had a great time! The breakfast was very good and we all found things we liked. The waffles were fantastic!
Horrible service and staff. Worst hotel on the Biloxi beach side. Front desk was rude and couldn’t answer questions, manager is never there. One of the worst hotels I’ve been too
Worst hotel on the beach. Customer service is horrible, phones don’t work and front desk is ghetto and very incompetent. Don’t recommend especially with other better Hilton chains near.
