We come here twice a year for dance competition and always stay here. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and right in the center of beach rd. Love having the free breakfast bar. Miss Debbie is always so kind
We chose this hotel since it was really close to where we needed to be in Biloxi. We probably wouldn't stay here again though. It wasn't a horrible stay, just a few things that could have been better. The beds were pretty comfortable. We slept pretty well and didn't wake up hurting. Definitely bring your own pillow if you are picky. The pillows are super soft and don't hold any kind of shape. There are USB connections and outlets all over the room. That was very convenient. My stay was wonderful, but I need to take a moment to brag on this amazing young lady Ms. Bree. From the very first time I came to Hampton Inn Biloxi, she noticed I was having a rough day and even offered to help me with my luggage to my room. No one has ever gone above and beyond like that. Every time I return, she always checks in and asks if I need anything. Bree is hands down the best at the front desk, and because of her, I will keep coming back every time. Thank you, Bree!
The hotel was in a great location, and the pool was fabulous. Unfortunately, the employees at the front desk were not as helpful as the rest of the employees. The clerks at the front desk spent much of their time hiding behind the partition rather than being out front. When we arrived, there was a sign saying they were busy helping other guests and then popped out from the partition.
