On 7/27/26 I checked in and as always the service was perfection I was able to check in early I always receive my same room 505, this hotel always exceeds my expectations. I feel like I always get VIP treatment when I come to stay at this particular location. The room is always done to perfection everybody's so incredibly friendly from housekeeping to maintenance,they say hi they ask how you're doing they're thankful that you continue to come stay there. The hotel staff was truly outstanding. Upon check-in, our preferred room had an unexpected maintenance issue. Rather than simply assigning us another room, the manager went above and beyond by rearranging room assignments and placing us in an even better location. As someone who is a bit of a tea enthusiast, I was especially impressed when the manager took the time to find my favorite tea blend and made sure I had a steady supply throughout our stay.
