Went to go book a room and this lady named makayla was so rude. Very bad experience. She tries to talk over you.
I checked in on Saturday and from the moment I arrived, the front desk lady was absolutely fantastic. She welcomed me and my dad with such a welcoming personality. I was staying one night to relax and enjoy some rest. My request for a pool view was accommodated and it was the most beautiful room I could have asked for. The room was perfect, cleaned to perfection, everything in the room was refreshing, great style choices. The bed was amazing, comfortable and I got the best night sleep in a long time.
