Overall, this isn’t a bad Hampton Inn 4.2 overall for the location especially it’s definitely a weird corner. The location and price were great.
By far the worst experience ever at a Hotel. On 3-7-2026, between 16:40 & 17:05, I went to check in at the hotel, off of Braker lane next to the Burger King in Austin Texas. The lady at the front desk greeted my colleague and I, whom were in Austin for military duty. We were in full uniform, too. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. We stayed here with 30+ families a few weeks ago and rooms were extremely dirty upon arrival — there was dog feces left in one room, which is completely unacceptable and a serious sanitation issue. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before we checked in. Even more concerning, multiple families who stayed here reported contracting scabies after their visit. We stayed here a few weeks ago as part of a large group (about 30 families) and had a very poor experience. Only one elevator was working during our stay, the rooms had a strong odor, and they did not appear properly cleaned. Most concerning, several families from our group later developed severe rashes that were diagnosed as scabies. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel—there are much better options in the area.
Great hotel and great team! Very clean rooms and the team provided great service.
