First, I'd like to start off by talking about my room, although it was clean, but it had a strong dog or cat smell upon entering. The whole room smelled like somebody had an animal up here for like a week absolutely terrible even though I am here on business and my stay was only for one night it wasn't the greatest. Have stayed before and loved it. This time room had a urine smell.
In my experience, Austin boasts the most pristine hotel I have ever visited.
Really really nice hotel room. Staff is friendly. Lovely amenities.
