Smoke detector in Room 322 was dislodge and you could see up into ceiling. My wife was scared there was a camera in there. Also, the sink faucet was dislodged and moved around because the caulking, which was brown and green, had dried up and dislodged from the faucet stem and you could see into the wall. And, the worst part was the bathroom door was very hard to open and close and after my wife went in for the first time she could not open the door and broke her fingernails trying. Nice quiet hotel for a lot less than others in the same area. I felt bad for staff because they were behind on cleaning.

Don’t bother with calling customer service, because they are NO HELP at all!!!!! I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. I had a horrible check in experience. They would not let me stay in the room that I had chosen online, even though it wasn’t reserved. Stated it had not been cleaned but even an hr later it still wasn’t ready. They put me in their “pick” 320.
