My experience checking in on March 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM was very disappointing because of James C., the front desk supervisor. He was rude, unprofessional, and gave the impression that helping guests was an inconvenience. He did not provide useful assistance, did not communicate respectfully, and made the check in process unnecessarily unpleasant. This is your typical Hampton Inn with good sized rooms, plenty of amenities, a pool, and a free morning breakfast buffet. The hotel appears to be kept in good shape, as they were making some repairs to the rear entrance while we were there, and everything looks as good as it did when I stayed here 3-years ago. I stayed here two times and I must commend Daniel for his warmth, high level of professionalism, and always making our stay absolutely AMAZING. I also want to thank Rodolfo for his kindness and Bella for her warmth! This hotel I believe underwent renovations and we really liked the rooms.
