My dad and I came here for a fun trip over 4th of July. We arrived late on July 3, and Luis checked us in. He was great! He was friendly, extremely helpful, and has great customer service skills. The owner had decorated the lobby for the World Cup since is one of the locations was the Miami Stadium. Luis checked us in, chatted with us, and then signed my dad up for the Hilton Honors program.
