Clean from the moment I walked in! Modern amenities and friendly staff. Breakfast was everything anyone could want.
This hotel should not allow pets due to the extreme lack of sanitary issues, such as intensive room cleaning after pet use. Animals especially dogs will mark their territory. The rooms smell like pet urine and dirt. There are better options in the area.
Hotel did not accommodate for special needs request for child w/sensory issues & autism. Room was unclean
Room was spotless with comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Location was great for a quick overnight. Ate at the Upperdeck which had a nice lake view. Sherry, the breakfast manager was friendly, and provided a nice breakfast Ina clean dining area. the housekeeping staff was also friendly when encountered in the hallways.
I had the pleasure of working with the Epitome of customer service Rose. Such a pleasure. Rose exudes the type of professionalism necessary to maintain an extremely successful business. Homewood Suites is now our 1st choice. As owner of a Law Firm, I know the value of customer service at its best.
Just an amazing place to stay at either taken a vacation or business. I will definitely stay at this location again
This place is barely ‘good enough’. Its only selling factor is convenience to the highway and Frederick downtown district. Our room was DINGY! The bathroom smelled like mildew and while recently cleaned, it was still moldy and mildewy and falling apart. There were a few ants on the a/c unit, there was chocolate ground into the mesh seat of the desk chair and the entry light (on the ceiling) didn’t work. Helpful team upon arrival, Clean and comfortable...Marsha was amazing at your Richfield Utah location
We have stayed here several times. This past week we were there and had the pleasure of meeting Lydia and Shanecka. Visiting from out of town and our relative met us in the lobby. Lydia went above and beyond to fix us a fresh pot of coffee and did it with a smile. Both ladies were just a pleasure. When we checked in we asked to switch to a Handicap Acc room, and they did it without any problem. This will definitely be where we continue to stay. Thank you ladies for making our visit nice!
