They won't let me have points for the stay. Had to give me 3 different rooms before we found one that was not occupied. Front desk help does not know what they are doing
JaWanda was awesome She is very hospitable and sooo kind I really appreciate her re-activating my room card 4-5 times during my stay with a smile and kindness , Thank you JaWanda
