Sadly, my experience at this hotel which was great, ended when I saw my debit card statement, purchased 1 night stay and was actually billed for 3 nights on my card. Was supposed to only be a $100 security deposit charge, and they charged that plus 2 extra nights. The front desk clerk was no help in the matter, and my bank says the 3 nights are hard posted. I am holiday inn user but sometimes they are so expensive that I am using Hampton It was that case Yesterday holiday was so expensive that way I came here It was good Service was nice The breakfast was ok The room was clen The price was better than holiday It was good
I have to review this hotel just to talk about how friendly the staff was. Jawanda was absolutely amazing. From her personality to her eagerness to help us choose a place to eat…she needs a raise. She even saw our kids went to the pool and brought us towels. Her customer service was top notch. Thank you, Jawanda!
Very clean and modern hotel. The shower water wasn't the hottest and the Breakfast room is very small. The pool and gym room are an plus.
Horrible, the bed had bed bugs. I woke up covered in bug bites.
