As this was a last minute booking, the process went well. The room was ok and kind of clean. You could tell it had been smoked in. Old smoke and musty smell. The air conditioner had a lot of mold on the vents and in the air. The bed spread/sheets had some stains. We did not sleep under the covers. For the most part the bathroom was clean. There was dirt/mold in the shower and bottom of sliding doors. Housekeeping should be using a cleaning brush to clean those easy areas. The breakfast was great. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were visiting the Football Hall of Fame. The location is good and close to everything. But to be honest, the location was the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are below basic. They include refrigerators, but the kicker is there is a timer you must set to keep it cool. This means having to set the timer numerous times or it will not stay cool. Needless to say we did not use the refrigerator. I have Never stayed at a hotel where the refrigerator needed to be set. The location was great for us. We traveled from Lexington, KY, to Pennsylvania to take our oldest back to college and decided to stop here after the long trip. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. My husband and I decided to check out the pool, but unfortunately, that was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. I arrived and was told that they canceled my reservation because they had a problem "dirty room problem" from the last guest but then cleaned it and gave it to someone else. Then they got fully booked without saving me a room. They advised me that they moved my booking to the spark across the street, but I arrived at the spark and was told there was no reservation and nothing had been sent over. There is no service. Book if you want to gamble.
