Kind staff. You can tell this place was recently renovated. Everything was clean, smelled nice, decent assortment of pillows, and the AC in the rooms go down to 60°f. Wifi had an average of 25mbps all the way in my room by the stairs, which was enough for me to upload my days work and then play games on my laptop. Breakfast was was decent enough.
The good: The room on the third floor had been recently updated. The staff was very nice to talk with. The bad: They had contractors working after 9pm. Was told multiple times they would be stopping but the banging and loud noises kept happening. First Hilton property I've stayed at that had contractors working after 8pm. Very disappointing stay.
This is the most overrated overall price for the entire stay I would not recommend this one for anyone needs major upgrades to ever get a 5🌟 from us we had to go to the front desk 3 c because our door 🚪 key wouldn’t work to open our door now that’s aggravating we were already tired from traveling 🧳 the staff needs retraining
Great stop over, staff was 5 star.
Room 103 was damp and smelled of mold. Pillows were flat and unconfortable. Service was average. Staff was not welcoming hospitable.
