This hotel does not match my expectations for a Hilton. Being very booked, they would not accommodate a late checkout, which is essentially what led me to this review. Furthermore, their gym had no water cups or towels and the staff was slow at the front desk. I’ve stayed in plenty of Hiltons so all of this surprised me. I will say the rooms were clean and the maid service was top notch. Peterborough doesn’t have a great hotel selection, I’m guessing that’s why this group provides this level of service.
Wow!!! The Hampton Inn team in Peterborough went beyond to help us. After discovering there were no lactose free breakfast products, someone went shopping FAST. We were quickly given lactose free yogurt and milk. Exceptional and caring service. Bravo team!!!
Shame this company supports ice but whatever.
