Just checked in. Front desk was great. Room looks good and clean. So far so good. Looking forward to breakfast. Could use more parking close to the building. I had to park at the casino next door and walk over. Not far in good weather.
Very clean. Way better than any Holiday Inn we've stayed at. Bed very comfortable. Comforter on bed was great. Good choices at breakfast. Limited parking.
Quickly updating this review to note that I still have not been refunded for the microwave that I was incorrectly charged for. This hotel added unwarranted charges to my bill without letting me know. When I called and spoke with management, they refused to entertain the idea that their staff could've made a mistake. Terrible customer service. The issue was never resolved and I paid for someone else's microwave getting broken. Its also hilarious that I'm complaining about their poor record keeping which lead to the extra char... read more
