The two lovely people that worked the desk on the evening of Feb 13th 2026 were absolutely lovely and made my daughter’s birthday so memorable. They have such warm genuine hearts combined with professionalism. Wonderful.
Room was ok, although cleaning department could do a better job. There were stains on the door and cabinets as well as box spring cover. There were hairs on the sheets. Couldn’t get into my room multiple times as apparently the battery needs to be replaced on the door lock for key card entry. Oh and the usb ports don’t work by the bedside counter/lamps.
Update - always stay here for work. It is clean and very organized. Staff are very helpful. Very clean hotel! I took 1 star off because it is difficult to get to the hotel with all the road construction. It would be best for hotel to inform guests regarding the detour route as it is always different every time I go. They can also be more environmentally friendly by reducing usage of single use ziplock bags for bread slices at breakfast.
We had two rooms here for a friend's trip. Both room we got keys for were already occupied... Always knock before you enter a room in this hotel.
AMAZING room. Massive. Service was good for the most part.
