I am beyond frustrated with the incompetence of Hampton Homecare. On July 22, I placed an order for CPAP supplies and provided my updated insurance information (Fidelis). Despite this, your staff mishandled my order from the start. The representative struggled to take down my information correctly. I almost never leave reviews but the customer service was so terrible! I used the chat to try to reorder supplies and Stephanie W. was condescending and unprofessional. I'm in customer service and I know how frustrating it can be, but she started the chat being rude and combative. I'll be looking for a different company to order my supplies from.

Most of staff provide incorrect information, company bills without regards to insurance provisions, and some staff curt and borderline rude.

I changed my CPAP supplier from Apria to Hampton. I thought Apria was terrible. They both suck! I ordered my supplies in December. It is now the beginning of February and I am still waiting for my order.

The last time I called I got someone who really didnt know what they were doing. Frustrating. Today however, I called to order supplies and Alyssa answered the call, she asked every question she should have, confirmed my information and supplies, knew what I was eligible for and when. Alyssa was polite and a pleasure to speak with. I used to work in resupply with Hampton and know the drill on these calls and Alyssa was textbook! Thank you!
