I don't even have words anymore this was the worst experience in housing. If i could give this place a 0 i would. I had to call corporate for everything because the management sucks that much. That was THE ONLY WAY I could get anything rectified. Short summary: Leasing agent sent me photos of the wrong apartment before moving and i found out on move in day. Hi, I have lived here for more than 5 years, it seems like a very clean place, except that they are fixing some walls in my apt that have mold and have not finished the work, they are unpainted, and one in the bathroom that is almost 5 years old, I have waited for them to finish fixing it.
Been a longtime tenant here at Hampton Gardens. Great place to live.
The apartment is nice, but the parking is atrocious and the maintenance needs a lot of help and the laundry room floods when doing a wash for the last 2-3 months and only the cold water works cause there is no hot water. I’ve been going to laundromat for the last month and have to drag laundry up the stairs with a bad hip and back.
