Nice quiet neighbors, love that its pet friendly..we have been here a month in our new apt and we love it here..
A lot of these older reviews were most likely because of the old management. We almost rented here a year ago but decided not to because the management was borderline rude, and the reviews were iffy. HOWEVER, all of that has changed with the newest property manager. She is very nice and understanding, and the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly as well. The apartments are a little on the older side, but they're extremely nice for Cookeville! I would definitely recommend this place to new renters!
Lovely place to stay. very good neighborhood. Missing this place a lot.
