The only reason I do not recommend these apartments is the maintenance. I have had to ask multiple times to fix a toilet, he came and (I’m not sure he did anything) then left. It continued to run... I stopped asking and just learned to live with the background noise. Then over a weekend, I discovered standing water in my bathroom. Called the emergency number several times and it went straight to voicemail. I left two messages... never received a call back. I am so disappointed. I live with my EXTREMELY immuno compromised father and I am still working so I needed to move immediately. I contacted Hampton Creek last week and told them the situation and they told me they had a until I would be able to move into on April 3. We scheduled a virtual tour for today at 3pm. I took off of work early to be able to do the tour. I waited and wasn’t contacted so I called. They informed me it had been leased out already. No call, nothing. RecommendedThey’re super sweet and welcoming and we haven’t even moved in yet! We got stuck in a sticky situation money wise and they were so helpful working with us! We toured, applied, and everything all on the same day! Through all the apartment searching the past two months this place is the only one I’ve deemed reliable within a good price budget! Highly recommend!
Hampton Creek is in a quiet location, you have easy access to hwy 111 as well as Willow and restaurant road! They have spacious floor plans as well as so many amenities to offer and...they are pet friendly! What more could you ask for!
My sister and I just moved in here to our first apartment, and we absolutely love it. It's clean, quiet, and peaceful and the staff has been incredible! We definitely recommend.

These apartments are very nice. This is the place you can call home. The play area for the children Is well maintained, pet friendly & the location is perfect. I am so glad I got to see this first hand or I definitely would not had believed it. I want to thank you all for being so friendly & helpful!!!

I am very proud to call this home! Very quite complex and management has been prompt to my requests and follow ups a priority and are very professional!
