DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This place is literally the worst apartment complex now that the owning company has changed. Ever since we have lived here, we have had problems with maintenance and the complex over all. It took MONTHS when we first moved in to get our washer and dryer installed, along with the apartment we moved into being trashed even though it was “inspected”. I do not recommend living here. They don’t return phone calls or emails. They don’t fix things unless you call 5 or 6 times. They don’t clean the exterior of the apartments. The worst part happened this month though. They attached a letter to my door, 4 days before rent is due saying their online portal is down for the “unforeseeable future,” but you still need to pay on time. RecommendedVery quiet community and great location. I’ve been here for 2 months now so far so good. However my apartment still has been painted over as stated when I moved in. My appliances are outdated and there are soft spot on bathroom floors. When I did my move-in inspection these things were address and pictures were taking also for extra measure. Amazing...Amazing in fact extraordinary is the word. That would describe my experience here at Hampton Courts. Management is out of this world and my neighbors are super nice. Before I move in future neighbors wave and spoke to me "super friendly". Hampton Courts is extremely quiet at night as well during the day. The grounds are kept in GREAT condition as well as inside the house there is no damages as well. This is THE BEST place to live EVER!
