I have been living in this community for more than 15 yrs. It has being going thru different companies, but YES Communities it has been the worst. They keep raising the lot rent and always trying to do extra charges on my bill. One time they were charging me extra fee ,because supposedly I was not on the contract, wich I went to office and ask them for the new contract ,and I was told they were gunna send it via email wich I never received. Do not live here or in any yes community or dynamic homes. They give new rules that require you to spend your money to follow their rules like extending your drive way with gravel and stones and then change the rules after you already spent the money to where that's not allowed. Reporting to BBB.
This location is just awful. If you don't want your car to be taken constantly, don't come here. The office is always closed, the woman is unkind, and they always take our car for the dumbest reasons. They also take our car while other people do the same thing as us. You can't have social life here and your visitors too because they will take your car away.
New Office Management is the absolute worst!!! All they care about is $$$ even when they are at fault!!
Avoid these predators at all costs. After doing some research, Hampton Acres is owned by a big corporation that is raising rents every year to the point that it is no longer affordable to live in this community. They do not care about anything but money and whatever resources they can extract from the community. We will join in protest to combat future rate increases. Update 7/31/2024 The cost of water, sewage and trash service has gone up. Really tho everything has gone up lol but your paycheck. But this is capitalism at it... read more
