My wife and I had our first appointment today. Our eye exams went smoothly. They were as expected and were able to pinpoint our prescription quickly. Our exams were $145 each. I believe lenses were $225 and frames had a range but where around $200-250. The gentleman who helps you with your glasses is top-notch, honestly I've never saw someone more excited about lenses and frames and honestly the most knowledgeable guy I've met on the subjects. From the very start with their knowledge of the VA trucker and scheduling , till the very end walking out with my paper work a perfect experience for what I expected. Receptionists were beyond personable and cordial , assistant was quick and thorough and the doc was great. Wait time : None. Walked in and was instantly seen.
Absolutely one the most UNPROFESSIONAL experiences ever. Had an appointment that was missed due to my sister passing Apr 2025 and then my mother. Called attempting to reschedule after contacting the VA to ensure my consult was good. The office mgr Savannah was rude and raised her voice. And said “if the VA does not pay, they would bill me”.
