Its a good place if you want to be treated as a number instead of a person. Staff talks about other staff members or residents. Answering service is inadequate. Ans office staff is kind of cold.
I have been here since April of 2004 and consider this MY HOME, too! I have had AWESOME maintenance service BEFORE and AFTER the change in owners, but I agree with Tracey...THERE NEEDS TO BE SOMETHING DONE OVER AT THE RENTAL OFFICE! Only one time in 10 years was the office closed when I needed a signature from the manager, but it was when we had already heard about the changes to come.
