We have been living in a hot water flat...no air flow... no patio...trying to change to patio apt. Keep being told all full on lease date? No patio for you... so sorry... this is for you. In defense!!! Am handicap and use fire door in and out. Gas paid. Gas heat. Love the property...

I moved here in 2013 and am very happy with my new home. .when the new management company took over I didn't give them a chance to show their true selves, but they began beautifying all the buildings on the outside, installing new patio railings and giving their residents new hallway carpeting. .they also began planting new bushes, flowers and created such a beautiful atmosphere. .after coming in from swimming in our beautiful pool and looking at the gorgeous planters I have to say thank you Tricap for making my home a place... read more
