I have resided here for one year and find this location exceptional. The manager is outstanding and addresses all matters promptly, and maintenance services are highly responsive. The neighborhood is notably tranquil and peaceful.
Since I’ve been living here, for the last 2 years I’ve noticed the area has started to go downhill. Even though the office staff is always willing to help with any concerns. We’ve had plenty of vehicle break ins with no cameras in the area to report anything ( 2 of my neighbors had their car window broken due to break ins and mine was also broken in) , we’ve had trash (that residence put there) stacked and sitting next to the trash can for days! VERY INCOMPETENT TIME WASTERS!!! I only wish it’ll allow me 0 stars. Run for your life!!These ones absolutely don’t know what they’re doing. What a joke!
