My partner bought be an 18kt gold bracelet that had a faulty clasp and fell off my wrist. After contacting Hamoon I was met with a completely unprofessional response from their ‘store manager’ who accused me of wanting to take money from her salary for a replacement. I personally believe this store is a scam and not legit. Do not purchase from here.
