This apartment complex was built in 1953. I believe it was probably once a very nice place to live. Unfortunately, throughout the years, management failed to make essential needed upgrades, maintenance and some needed repairs in general. This has made the property appear "crummy", extremely dated, and cheap. My apartment contains the ORIGINAL WINDOWS, which are NOT insulated whatsoever and made of one thin pane of glass.
