I started eating at Hammonds Bar-B-Q in late 70s while Deer Hunting in Glen Rose, with out a doubt the Best Brisket Bar-B-Q & Sausage I ever Laid my Lips on! BOO-YAA!!!
This is definitely one of the best Bar B Que places in Texas. The food portion that you get on your plate is a lot... If you are even close to this area you must try it.
Food was great, service was awesome. Employees were very friendly and pleasant.
Busier than a Saturday Night Crap game. They sure know how to smoke Brisket and sausage. Food was delicious and service was great.
When you get a large plate of bbq and predict you'll need a take home box, but find that the meat is so tender that your plate is soon empty... well, that was good. I was so distracted by the entre, that I totally forgot one of the side dishes until the meat was gone.
