AJ's Special is a big bowl of pinto beans with a full serving of chopped brisket on top. I have never found this anywhere else, and I have never found anything better.
RecommendedWe live in Georgia but come several times a year to visit family. We stumbled upon Hammond's a couple of years ago. Since then it's on our must do list every visit. Our new favorite restaurant!!
Greatest BBQ that side of the Brazos. Fun place to eat.
We come from the land of Hard 8, Risckey's and Outlaw - this stuff holds it own and then some. Excellent food, good prices. 100% win.
Less than impressed with the BBQ, atmosphere was nice and service was decent. Not sure I'd try it again. Portions sizes are big though.
Great barbeque, fast service and friendly customer service equals an awesome restaurant experience!
