Thanks so much MatthewJ , Callum S and Jack M for the great work on getting the washing machine valve fixed. Mat got into Action within 12hours of the call and once Callum and Jack arrived they assessed the situation and got a plan of action immediately. What i appreciated the most that they dint hard sell anything outside of the maintainance contract. They just fixed the issue with the most reasonable alternate solution and gained a lot of respect and regards.
