Mourice was very helpful and quickly resolved our issue with a blocked toilet. Initially, he explained that if the problem couldn’t be fixed, the toilet might need to be replaced. At our request, he removed the toilet seat and was able to retrieve the object causing the blockage (the head of a toilet brush), which saved us a significant amount of money. He was professional, considerate, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend his services.
These folks used to be my go to plumbers. No more. I had a flood in my 2nd floor laundry room. I called to book an emergency repair. This was January 18. They booked an appointment for Feb 5. I said I didn't want for several weeks away, I needed someone right away. They then told me someone would call within 24 hours. Did they? No.
